Over the summer I have prepared and produced a dvd which is intended for current and past students. It shows a complete treatment of Reflexology being performed, with my voice describing all the reflex areas and how to work them. It is intended as a learning tool for current students, and for past students a useful way of introducing your clients to reflexology, in your clinic setting for example.
Regular price - $25, only $20 if you order before September 31st 2008.

Homeopathy by Haroula Battista
Homeopathy is a system of natural medicine first defined by Samuel Hahnemann in the 18th century and its origins can be traced back to the times of Hypocrates. Homeopathy uses natural remedies from the plant, animal and mineral kingdoms to stimulate the body's self-healing abilities. It is a holistic practice which treats the symptoms of the body and mind as a totality and is based on the principle that like cures like. Each homeopathic remedy, nearly 4,000 in total, carries with it a specific footpint and a homeopathic practitioner is trained to identify the symptom picture of the patient and match it to that of the remedy for a complete cure. Homeopathic remedies are safe and do not interfere with any other medications. They work on an energetic level by stimulating the body to work optimally and therefore fight a disease manifestation.

(from a Footsteps student)
Eat whole, natural, local foods, preferably organic or naturally grown and raised. Fall is the best time in Ontario to eat fresh local produce. You can find them at local farmers markets. Do not eat anything that your great grand parents wouldn't recognize as food. Avoid margarine (even if it claims to be transfats-free). It's still processed, unnatural, and devitalized. Oils that are used to make margarine are liquid in their natural state. Avoid any processed and prepackaged foods like cold cuts, boxed cereal, store bought cookies, cakes, canned foods, etc. The longer shelf life it has the less nutritious it is. Processed foods contain preservatives that may irritate your digestive tract and impair your digestion and elimination. Use filtered water for cooking, drinking, and beverage preparation. .For further information visit www.sagehealer.com
